| Scry (formerly iCU) is a Windows network utility that makes
it easy to track the whereabouts of employees. Patterned after
the traditional "In-and-Out Board" that shows each employee
as being available, at lunch, or on vacation, Scry allows employees
to monitor the status of colleagues, without leaving their desks.
From any computer on the network, employees can view a department-wide
or company-wide list of their colleagues' names, departments,
current status, and latest status-change dates and times, as
well as any comments that the employees might have posted. Scry
sits in the system tray, and changing the status message takes
only a second or two. Users can even leave comments using a
system tray pop-up menu.
Scry makes it easy for employees to send each other text messages.
If it's important to know when another user has returned to
their computer, you can track another user's status activity
and receive notification when it has changed. Scry can even
detect when a screen saver has been triggered, and create a
change notification.
The network administrator can easily install Scry on all network
drives, and users can complete their own initial log-ons quickly
and easily. Because Scry operates at the user-name level rather
than at the computer-name level, multiple users sharing a single
PC can use Scry. Using simple maintenance screens, the network
administrator can easily set up new departments, add employees,
and create new status messages. It's easy to add or delete users,
and move them among departments. Administrators may create a
comma-delimited or text log file to keep a permanent record
of employees' activity status.
Scry saves money by
eliminating the endless trips to colleagues' desks, only to
find that they're not available. With its status and messaging
capabilities, Scry adds efficiency
to the networked office, and allows employees
to be more effective on the job.

When you leave the office, Scry can prompt you for Comment
and Return date and will prompt you to clear them when you arrive
back in the office.
Auto log-in feature.
With this handy new feature, you can even get a user to use
Scry without them having to use it! Scry will set their status
to available when they start Windows, and will then automatically
set their status to offline when they shut down!
Easy upgrade feature!
Scry now supports a very easy-to-use upgrade facility which
allows all clients to be easily and automatically upgraded without
them requiring Internet access.

- Schedule changes to your status, for example for weekly
meetings and have your status automatically update at the
correct time.
- Schedules can be set to repeat weekly for a set number of
weeks
- Schedules can update the comment next to your listing in
Scry as well as the status, so you can add information like
a location of a meeting or an alternate contact number.

Tracking Users
- Track chosen users, allowing you to be given on screen updates
when they change their status.
- Screen updates are given on the status changes of each tracked
user at time of status change. These can be done by on screen
message, HTML pop up or Balloon hint.

which can be exported to CSV for importing into spreadsheet
or database programs
Add and customise your own Statuses as much
as your wish, including the images. Which means you can add
your own Statuses to truly customise Scry to your individual
